Apparel (Pre-Order Items) All apparel is produced on a pre-order basis and will be created and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Yes absolutely. Your satisfaction is incredibly important, which is why a digital proof will be provided for your review and approval before any physical production begins. This allows you to check layout and overall design direction to ensure you are completely happy before hands on work starts.

Not at all. You don’t need to have the layout, colours, or design details fully figured out, that’s where I come in. Simply share the basics such as names, themes, inspiration, or colours you love, and I’ll guide the creative process from there. Together we’ll refine the vision and develop a design that feels right for your space. Trust the process, it’s what I do best.

All wood signs are handcrafted using plywood, MDF, pine or hardwoods, depending on the design & style we're going for. Each piece is hand-cut, sanded, carved and painted with intention. Apparel is designed and pressed in house using quality clothing and professional grade materials.

My signs are made for indoor display, but if you’re using them temporarily outdoors - like for a wedding or market, they’ll hold up just fine. Just make sure to bring them back inside afterwards to keep them looking their best.

To keep your piece looking its best: wash inside out, in cold water, with mild detergent. Avoid high heat and harsh chemicals, and hang dry where you can. Try not to iron directly over the design.

Yes, I ship Australia & New Zealand wide. Local pickup may be available depending on your location.

Yes! Whether it’s signage for events or custom apparel for groups, I’d love to help. Bulk orders are welcome - just reach out and we’ll go over the finer details and turnaround times together.

Unfortunately, no - because every piece is custom or made-to-order, refunds or exchanges aren’t available. That said, I want you to absolutely love what you receive. If your piece arrives with a fault or something isn’t quite right, reach out I’ll work with you to make it right.
