About Wilde Edge

Wilde Edge creates custom-made, made-to-order, and digital designs, including wood signs, apparel, and other handcrafted items.

Custom Orders

• All orders are confirmed once payment is received.

• For custom orders, production begins only after all agreed details have been finalised.

• Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Processing Time

• All Wilde Edge pieces are crafted with care and intention. Custom signs have a turnaround time of 2-4 weeks, depending on the level of complexity involved in the design. Apparel orders are generally completed within 5-7 days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

Refunds & Returns

• We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes things can happen in transit. If your order is damaged during shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they will be required to process your claim.

Shipping & Pick-Up

• Shipping costs and methods are displayed at checkout.

• For pick-up orders, the exact address will be provided once the order is ready.

• Wilde Edge is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

• We are not liable for misuse, incorrect installation, or handling of products.

Custom Sign Designs

• Each custom sign is unique and made specifically for you. All physical signs and digital mock-ups created by Wilde Edge remain the intellectual property of Wilde Edge.

• They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.
